The Sales Advisor – Sales Advisor is a member of the brand Dealership’s sales team. He/she reports directly to the Sales Team Leader.
He/She must ensure the brand’s dealership is presented in accordance with the standards of quality and premium image of Audi.
He/She align his/her approach and his/her actions with the strategy of AUDI AG and the strategy of the dealership.

Present the Audi vehicles to potential buyers to maximize the achievement of the sales targets monthly/yearly.
Understand product by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models/ price.
Develop customers by keeping good rapport with existing and potential customers, respond to all inquiries, and answer sales calls.
Conduct a follow-up of the prospected clients.
Conduct prospection of new clients using all the tools available (phone, social media, emails, appointments, visits etc) both online and offline, both in at the dealership and outside of the Audi facility.
Contribute to implement a strategy to maximize the clients’ satisfaction in every step of the sales process.
Learn and implement the Audi sales core process to ensure the standards are followed in accordance with the dealership strategy.
Follow-up the administrative management of the sales (registrations, contract etc).
Negotiate and review terms and conditions for each client with the support of the Director of Operations and Sales Team leader.
Conduct constant market surveys to ensure the competitiveness of the products offered.
Help in organizing sales activities outside of the dealership (road shows, product displays etc.)
To work evenings and weekends on occasion where required to support sales and marketing events.
Coordinate with other departments (Service, marketing, accounting…) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Ensure the best presentation of the vehicles at the dealership (cleanliness and readiness) in line with the Audi standards
Conduct test drives in a professional manner to ensure a proper demonstration of the vehicles capabilities in line with the prospects’ expectations.
Technical and personal – your qualifications
Any diploma or degree in sale, marketing or business administration
Proven working experience and knowledge in the automotive field
Talent in negotiations and networking
Proven sales record in the automotive field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English
Very good presentation is a must.
